Partnership
Three close friends who had experienced success in various sectors outside of the industry all shared a common passion: A love for superb Rueda wine.
Together, Luis Miguel Martín, Santiago Domínguez and Julio Sotelo envisioned their own winery that would shake up the status quo of the D.O. They enlisted renowned winemaker, Rosa Zarza to assist in realizing their dream and commenced their vision with the inaugural 2020 vintage.

Winemaking
No stranger to winemaking, Rosa Zarza has been in the industry for more than 25 years, with over 15 of those in Rueda. First to admit that the work begins in the vineyard, Rosa ensures that the vines are well tended and harvest is done at night to obtain fruit in the best condition.
The cellar is equipped to allow for innovation and experimentation, with fermentation and extended lees contact occurring in stainless steel tanks, oak barrels and concrete eggs.

Sustainability
No innovation today is warranted without an eye to sustainability. From the outset, Bodegas Pandora has given careful attention to their farming activities across the 200 hectares, as well as the processes in the cellar.
Soil and vine health is catered for above all else with gentle farming practices prevailing. Certain plots are farmed organically with others in transition. The attention to ecological care continues in the cellar with careful water and resource management.
